Absolutely. To keep these shoots truly Express, professional hair and makeup isn't included in your appointment. If you'd like it done professionally, please arrange this before your shoot and arrive camera-ready.

To keep the studio flow running on time and allow full focus on your shoot, we ask that third parties don't attend unless agreed with us in writing beforehand. Each booking is for one person only.

Honestly? Whatever you need them to be. Calm, fun, focused, productive, a little playful, or all of the above. We'll match your energy, keep things moving and help the shoot feel comfortable and like you.

Nope. Your Pinterest board gives us a feel for what you like, and Joey will guide you through the photography on the day. You do not need to arrive knowing what to do with your hands.

Your inspiration board helps us understand your style, but exact poses, lighting and setups can't be guaranteed.

Your studio location and all photography equipment needed for the shoot are taken care of by Deep Flow Consulting + verdé. Media & Advertising. Cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods and tethering equipment are all sorted.

You just need to bring yourself, your outfits, any props you want to use and your good vibes.

Professional videography isn't included in your package.

Your final images will be professionally graded and edited, with you in focus and framed beautifully. Your package includes 10 professionally edited images in total, including 2 hero retouched images.

Extensive digital retouching, body altering and major background changes aren't included in the Express package. Joey is a master of his craft. You're in very good hands.

We'll give you a quick look at what we've captured during your session where time allows, but ultimately Joey will select the strongest images and prepare your final deliverables. Client proof selection isn't included in the Express package.

He's been doing this for more than 20 years, so we're pretty confident you'll love what lands in your gallery.

You'll have the opportunity for one round of minor, reasonable revisions to your delivered photos if required. Just send through your requests within 7 days of receiving your gallery.

Major alterations or additional image requests may incur an extra fee, subject to your consumer rights. But hopefully we nail them the first time!

No. RAW and unedited files are not supplied as part of the Express package.

Absolutely! Once your package has been paid in full, you're granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your delivered images for personal and commercial purposes.

Think websites, social media, advertising, marketing materials and more. Copyright remains with Joseph Simon Green, trading as verdé. Media & Advertising.

We'll only use your photos for our own promotional purposes if you've expressly opted in through your booking questionnaire.

50% deposit: $350 paid at booking to secure your time slot. The total package price is $700 AUD.

Remaining 50%: $350 invoiced separately and due no later than 7 calendar days before the Shoot Day. If the balance isn't received by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled and the spot reallocated, subject to your consumer rights.

Cancellations: cancellations made within 72 hours of the Shoot Day are non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, except where required by law. With more than 72 hours' notice, a refund or credit may be requested and will be offered for change-of-mind cancellations if we're able to successfully rebook your spot, subject to your consumer rights.

Rescheduling: this is a fixed studio day, so individual bookings cannot be moved to another date or time due to late arrival or inability to attend, except as provided in our Terms & Conditions and under applicable consumer rights. Late arrivals still finish at their allocated end time.

If we cancel: we'll offer to reschedule or provide a full refund of payments made for the affected session.

Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
